Vanity Fair: laughing matter

Laughing is good for the soul. I am thankful for a husband that is hilarious and keeps me laughing everyday. Vanity Fair did a photoshot on Comedy's New Legends...go here to check it out. We love to watch comedies and these are some of our favorite actors.

I discovered blok design via How Magazine. They are a design firm located in Mexico City. I really like the branding they did for a new restaurant that opened in Mexico City called Odun. The menu is a mix from countries Thailand, China, Japan and Vietnam. Their goal was to define an identity that carried the flavor and scent of the region, without being too specific for each country. The pattern and colors are a modern take on Asian influences.

I am in love, love, love with some of the new lamps and chairs as CB2. I just received my magazine in the mail today and I bookmarked almost every page!

826 Valencia: part 2

 

These are the posters that Office created for 826 Valencia. All proceeds from the sale of the Pirate Supply Store goes directly to the center for tutoring kids. And Office has decided to continue updating the shop with new products and posters. So fun!

Today is Wednesday?

This week is escaping from me. I have had sinus problems for a week now...no fun. While reading my monthly subscription to HOW yesterday, I came across a great write up about Office, a design company in San Francisco, and the work they did for 826 Valencia. A non-profit tutoring center for youth with tons of creativity and imagination.

All New Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl is all new tonight on the CW and I can hardly stand the wait! It is definitely my favorite show and guilty pleasure. I need to know what is going on b/w Dan and the teacher, what Blair is scheming about, where Nate has been....and will Chuck and Blair ever hook up??

All in the details...

The Sunset Lake Tahoe Idea House located in California is breathtaking. The whole house is beautiful, but I think it is all the little details that make it so great.
