Meet Lulu

Meet Lulu. She came to live with us this week and is the sweetest thing. Ever. She had other brothers and sisters but they didn't survive, so Brad scooped her up so that we could find her a home. I really want to keep her. So bad. We have a large black lab, Lucky, that has been living with my MIL. Brad is leaving for Colorado for 6 weeks for work and when he gets back, Lucky will then come live with us. As long as Lucky and Lulu get along, she will stay with us. Otherwise we will have to find a loving home for her.

In much need of art...

My studio is starting to come together. I want to get a few more things done in there before I show you the before and after pictures. I have one wall that I am wanting to fill with art. I first discovered LoveLeaf Press via seesaw designs. I mean what is there not to love...rich papers, letterpress, bookbinding, great design... This seems like a place I could go and visit and would never want to leave. Their work is truly beautiful, go check out their site for more!

recent work: alphabet invitations

Here is a few of the recent alphabet invitations that I have worked on. I love how my clients have chosen such fresh and fun color combinations. This has definitely, by far, been my best selling invitation. I originally had designed it for my SIL's baby shower and just put it in my etsy shop to see if anyone else would be interested in it. They are just too cute!
